They are incredibly smart! Especially when working with something like CPQ, it's key to partner with someone who gets it quickly and offers solid implementation options. They deliver what they promise, notify you about risks in real time and are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

This may sound unbelievable but I seriously can't think of a single downside. They are an outstanding team and they really know their stuff.

It's clear that the Original Shift team is extremely experienced and possesses in-depth product knowledge, particularly when it comes to CPQ and Salesforce. Their expertise was instrumental in shaping our internal processes. They didn't just focus on the implementation but were truly invested in understanding and improving our processes as well. The entire project was incredibly well-organized and structured, with complete transparency. We were always kept in the loop about the status of the project and everything ran smoothly, on schedule and within the agreed budget, which was crucial given the scope and complexity. The team was absolutely fantastic! Every member was easy to work with and they did an excellent job of balancing challenging our processes when needed while being accommodating when necessary. It was obvious that they had a solid understanding of CPQ's capabilities and always had creative solutions when we needed customizations. This is genuinely one of the best teams I have had the pleasure of working with in a long time!

Cons

I don't have any complaints. I have worked with many consultants and handled complex implementations over the years and this has been one of the best teams I've worked with. I wholeheartedly recommend Original Shift and I'm happy to do so.
