Peeklogic helped us set up the connector by organizing the process, giving us a demo and showing us how to configure everything in NS. This made it much quicker to set up and launch the SF-to-NS connector.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike so far. The team is doing their job perfectly, and they're really responsive.

Peeklogic has become a real extension of our team. Over the last year, their flexibility and ability to scale up when we need it has made them an essential part of helping us meet our goals.
Cons
The time zone difference with Peeklogic can make real-time collaboration harder, although they do try to adjust their workday to overlap with ours.
