It's the right tool for Salesforce-to-NetSuite integration

Pros

Peeklogic helped us set up the connector by organizing the process, giving us a demo and showing us how to configure everything in NS. This made it much quicker to set up and launch the SF-to-NS connector.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike so far. The team is doing their job perfectly, and they're really responsive.

Effortless and seamless experience

Pros

Setting up this was a breeze and the onboarding process went smoothly with no issues. I have to say, their support and technical teams are top-notch.

An awesome integration tool

Pros

It's really easy to set up and use and the team is great at providing support when needed!

Cons

If you have multiple Jira instances that need to connect to the same Salesforce instance, you will need an additional managed package.

It has our trust

Pros

Peeklogic has become a real extension of our team. Over the last year, their flexibility and ability to scale up when we need it has made them an essential part of helping us meet our goals.

Cons

The time zone difference with Peeklogic can make real-time collaboration harder, although they do try to adjust their workday to overlap with ours.

Great team, always exceeding expectations

The developers working with us are always responsive to feedback and great at solving problems. We throw new challenges at them all the time and they handle it smoothly.

Excellent customer service team

Pros

The Peeklogic support team is easy to reach through Slack and always responds quickly. They're committed to helping us achieve our goals and even find creative solutions when needed.

Cons

Sometimes, when new features are released, the documentation isn't updated right away, leaving us unsure of how to use the new functionality. We end up needing to reach out to Support for clarification.

Super helpful team

Pros

Just loved that they're always available and really want to help. Their customer service is fantastic and I feel confident anyone working with them will have a great experience.

Cons

Honestly they are great! They communicate very well and if they have an upcoming holiday, they let us know in advance so we can address all our needs before they take time off.

Perfect connector for our needs

Pros

They have been super responsive about enhancing the connector to fit our needs. If we have any support questions, they're quick to assist and always happy to help.

Cons

We haven't experienced any downsides so far but I'd encourage them to keep the documentation for the Salesforce/Jira Connector up to date, as the tool changes rapidly. It'd be useful to know what new features are available for other clients so we can take advantage of them too.
