“Excellent team

Pros

I've had the chance to work with Pierce Washington and I have to say, they've got a fantastic team. They know their business inside and out but they're also super skilled on the technical side of things, which really helps when it comes to executing a project all the way through. What I love most is that they're a smaller to mid-sized firm. They're big enough to get the job done but small enough that they don't have a ton of overhead or unnecessary complications in their projects.

Cons

They have solid resources but they're not really set up to handle a very large product.

“Creative team with great leadership

Pros

Pierce Washington was the one that helped us with implementing the BigMachines product, which my team was responsible for supporting. If you know BigMachines, you know it's a super complex tool with tons of customization options. What I liked about working with them was that they stuck to a proven methodology and didn't overpromise things to the customer. They focused on delivering solutions that would actually work in the long term and could be easily supported after implementation.

Cons

As the team that supported the product in the long run, I would have liked to have had more interaction before the installation was completed. That said, the relationship grew over time and having a long-term partnership helped improve our communication and made customer transitions smoother.

“Expert and dependable

Pros

What really stood out to me about Pierce Washington was how they put customer success first, even before profit. They're the kind of team that makes sure everything is done right the first time and takes the time to prevent problems before they can even start. A great example of this is how they became the first certified BigMachines implementation partner. That shows just how committed they are to doing things the right way and following best practices.

Cons

They're based on the West Coast, so they don't have a presence on the East Coast.

In my opinion, It is one of the best implementation teams you can partner with when working with BigMachines. They're consistently delivering high-quality projects and their customers always have great things to say about them. I really enjoy collaborating with their teams.

The people at Pierce Washington are incredibly professional and really smart. They've got years of experience and they know how to tackle even the most complex challenges. They're all about delivering quality work and it shows in everything they do.

From the moment we started, I really enjoyed working with their team. They understood exactly what our project scope was and quickly put together a very accurate project scope document. They even included extra room for any unexpected issues that might come up, which I really appreciated.

In the end, they lost the project because of pricing. They weren't as flexible on that compared to the other firm we went with.

It's a highly professional company that goes above and beyond. Their technical staff is top-notch and they really know how to get things done.

Not much to mention, I do wish they had a presence on the East Coast.
