They are clearly experts in the field. It was great to not only get the technical aspects but also gain insights into the strategy behind it.
Cons
I think more supporting documents, playbooks and additional resources would have been helpful.

Pros
Working with the team at Process Pro was as smooth as it could be. They integrated seamlessly with our communication platforms, making collaboration effortless. Every meeting ended with a clear understanding of our focus areas and action items for both sides. I truly appreciated how they went above and beyond to explain their work and educate us on how to handle some of the tasks ourselves.
Cons
There really wasn't much to dislike about Process Pro. If I had to pick something, I would say I was a little disappointed I didn't get an invite to the Bonnaroo music festival trip but that's just me being picky! ;)

Their professionalism, communication, guidance and ability to execute effectively stood out the most.
Cons
I only had one minor issue but it was quickly resolved. Their team is extremely responsive to feedback and fast at problem-solving.

Pros
The team at Process Pro is always available to answer any questions or troubleshoot any issues that arise. We have been using them for over a year now and we can't imagine managing our operations without them.
Cons
When we first started with them, we had an account manager on our team who didn't get along with our Marketing Ops person, which led to some finger-pointing and blame. However, the account manager remained professional, never showed any frustration and simply presented data to prove that the issues were not caused by their work. Once that Marketing Ops person left, things ran much more smoothly.

Pros
Their "can-do" attitude and willingness to step in, even when things are unclear, make all the difference. Process Pro is a true partner in every sense of the word, always keeping our company's best interests at heart.
Cons
If I had to pick a dislike, it would be that there's usually only one solution presented. It would be interesting to see a "crawl, walk, run" approach where initial iterations get things operational quickly, with more refined phases planned out as needed.

Process Pro facilitated a smooth migration of our HubSpot instance into our new parent company's system. They carefully thought through all the technical requirements while also helping merge business processes for a seamless transition.
Cons
There was this one time where too many people were involved in maintaining a master spreadsheet for API field mapping between our software and HubSpot. Once we flagged the issue, they took the initiative to review and update the information, ensuring we had a clear understanding of the current state post-changes.

“A strong and dependable partner for growth
Pros
The entire team at Process Pro is organized, responsive, and professional. Even when explaining complex ideas, they always understood what we were trying to accomplish. They have deep expertise in various RevOps proficiencies and provide unbiased opinions. Their up-to-date knowledge of HubSpot best practices was incredibly valuable for our team especially since we were relatively new to using HubSpot as a CRM when we started working with them.
Cons
At one point, there were too many admins in the system, which increased our licensing costs. However, once those users rolled off the project, we were able to repurpose the licenses for other team members. As a scaling startup, this wasn't a major issue.

The team is highly skilled and pragmatic, exactly what a young company like ours needed to automate our revenue operations. They are also incredibly easy to work with, accommodating our availability and budget while always being accessible when needed.
Cons
Sometimes, they are almost too nice. Their consulting background often leads them to guide us toward making our own decisions, which is great. However, as a startup, we occasionally needed more direct recommendations to avoid getting stuck in "analysis paralysis." I recommend letting them know when you want them to take the lead.

As a client, I have never felt more taken care of. In projects like this, timelines often slip and teams spend time resetting goals and next steps. With Process Pro, I never had to worry about that. They kept everything organized, provided weekly updates and clearly outlined the next steps for both their team and mine.
Cons
If I had to say something negative, it's that they made me look bad! They never missed a deadline, while I missed several.
