They understand our payment scheme requirements and working with our business is a breeze. We've always been able to complete audits on time and in a cost-effective way.

Cons

Honestly, there's nothing we dislike about them. If I had to be picky, I would say starting the audits earlier in the year would give us more time to complete them. But really that's just as much on us as it is on them and over the years, we've adjusted our schedule accordingly.
