Pros
Redpath really went above and beyond to help us break down every step of our business process. They asked some great questions that made us think about how we're doing things now and how we could improve.
Cons
After the implementation, the support we received was not great because we were assigned a new project manager who didn't really understand the decisions made during the initial requirements phase. It was a bit disappointing.

They built a project management app for us that lets Conservation Corps track projects from start to finish. We can track activities, the people involved and the whole project path�.it's been super helpful.
Cons
They can be a bit too focused on details and sometimes slow to respond.

“Committed to thorough requirements gathering
Pros
Redpath did an amazing job helping us map out our business process from start to finish. Their thoughtful questions really made us reflect on how we are currently operating and what changes could make things better.
Cons

Pros
We couldn't have asked for a better partner than Redpath when it came to optimizing our Pardot and Salesforce setup. They really took the time to understand our business and applied that knowledge to our marketing programs. Plus, they were just a pleasure to work with!
Cons
Nothing specific comes to mind but I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of support.

“Redpath is the expert to call for Salesforce needs
Pros
They really helped us figure out how to make the most of Salesforce and Pardot especially with the unique audiences we target. They helped us navigate everything and make sense of it all.
Cons
They're incredibly smart but sometimes they got a little too technical for me and I had trouble keeping up!
