Pros
Their GA4 team is super hands-on and really knows what's best for our business and how to make it happen. It's not just the experts, they have got a whole project team that keeps everything clear and on track, making sure everyone knows the milestones and delivery dates. And, since they have teams in both the USA and India, time zone differences are never an issue.
Cons
We did not face any issues with our implementation, so there's not much to report on that front yet.

The best part about working with them is that they really know their stuff. It's not just about implementing solutions, they also provide great advice. On top of that, their support is always available, no matter the time and the whole team is super professional and easy to work with.
Cons

Pros
I really loved how quickly they worked on our big migration project. It was a complicated task that required a lot of attention to detail and communication, but they handled it perfectly.
Cons
I guess the ops team is based in India so time zones were slightly off. Still, since they work mostly PST hours, it didn't cause much of an issue.
