Honestly, I think It is one of the best agencies out there. They're always ahead of the curve with the latest tech and they really know how to make the most of it to deliver amazing results.

I think it'd be great if they expanded their services and made them more universal. That being said, I don't have anything against them, they're still solid overall.

Pros

The technical skills at this firm are amazing. They're all about quality and it shows in their work. I've worked with them on multiple projects and they've always come through for us, whether it was a one-time project or ongoing IT services and Day 2 support. Their management team is really hands-on, making sure everything stays on track and jumps in to fix things when needed. They've delivered a wide variety of projects for us, including multiple SharePoint projects, custom apps built with ASP.net and even mobile apps for Android and iOS. They've also been great with providing continuous IT services for our SharePoint environment and have always been reliable with general IT support, including Help Desk and infrastructure assistance.

Cons

They're US-based, so they don't have resources internationally, which can be a bit limiting. But other than that, I've had a fantastic long-term relationship with them. They're a first-class IT services firm.
