Cons
Sometimes, location was a bit of an issue. I really wish they had an office closer to mine. It would've made in-person meetings a lot easier. Also, there were a few instances where different team members were assigned to our project due to staff availability, which took a little getting used to.

The Salted Stone team really knows their stuff when it comes to HubSpot. They set up everything I needed and handled workflows like pros. Their expertise meant super-fast turnarounds on every request.
Cons
A couple of times, we had different team members assigned to us because of staffing changes at Salted Stone. It wasn't a huge issue but having consistency with the team would have been preferable.

From the very start, their team took in a massive amount of information about our business and I was amazed at how quickly they grasped our brand and online positioning. They didn't just build a good-looking site, they made sure it was optimized to perform. Their precision and expertise made all the difference and I can confidently say that our website launch was a complete success because of them.
Cons
Our website had to serve three key stakeholders, each heavily dependent on the site, which meant we had to put in extra effort at the start of development. Unlike the usual growth-driven design approach, we had to front-load a lot of work. This ended up using more agency hours than we initially planned, which led to some unexpected scope creep. It was frustrating at first, but I have to give credit to our account team, they were incredibly resourceful. They adjusted the original plan to make sure we still met all our goals within our set timeline, without sacrificing quality. In the end, it all worked out, but it definitely required some flexibility.
