Cons
Although it offers security and analytics, the cloud database falls short of our needs and direct database access is unavailable. Moreover, there's always the possibility of unexpected downtimes.

“Customizable Dashboard and Easy UI Issue Tracking
Pros
One of the things I appreciate most is the editable tracking dashboard and the ability to track UI issues. As a full stack developer, I can solve most UI related problems on my own and the CRM helps a lot with that.
Cons
At times, the database connection, access and updates can be tricky. There are also occasional storage issues but I appreciate having options to maintain the system environment.
