Orders processed 6x faster than Amazon

Pros

Our rep is approachable and easy to talk to. They genuinely listen to the problems and look for ways to resolve them.

Cons

Sometimes it takes up to six weeks to receive equipment, while we could get it the next day from Amazon, and it tends to be more expensive. We also had trouble with imaging from SHI, so we just handle it ourselves for efficiency.
