They have the best staff!

Pros

The standout feature is their staff, who truly know their job and are experts at knowing exactly what to do and when, using a filtered method. The implementation process is thoughtfully designed and executed. Their deep market knowledge is impressive and their approach to understanding the current situation and behaving accordingly is spot on. LeadMD's staff was incredibly helpful in helping us achieve what we were looking for.

Cons

Some things could be improved, like offering a monthly retainer option ..that would be really helpful. Also a little more visibility into the work being done would make the weekly updates more useful.

Their expertise really helped us

Pros

I've worked with LeadMD multiple times and they continue to impress me with their expertise. Most recently, we used them for a fast paced (4-week) HubSpot to Marketo migration project. They were flexible with our consulting sessions, always provided the right answers and kept everything organized and on track. I highly recommend them to any company looking to implement Marketo while adhering to best practices.

Highly recommend leadMD

Pros

LeadMD helped Benefitexpress move from HubSpot to Marketing Professional, and then to Marketo Engage. They were also there every step of the way to fully implement Marketo in our system.

Cons

There's nothing I have disliked about my experience with it.

Magic solution for our marketo setup

Pros

After conducting an RFP, we chose LeadMD to set up a new Marketo instance for our organization. This included migrating assets from multiple systems into Marketo, all within a tight timeline.

Cons

I wish there was more documentation around key decisions, pitfalls and just a general lack of visibility on the progress of the work.

Overall an amazing consultant

Pros

LeadMD assisted us in implementing Marketo and integrating it with our Salesforce instance.

Cons

It would be great if they offered a monthly retainer with a few hours each month at a lower rate, but I do appreciate how flexible they've been working with us.

Streamlining marketo with pardot integration and best practices

Pros

They established the baseline and offered best practices for our current Marketo instance, as well as for the build and implementation of a new one. This included combining systems from Pardot into Marketo, so now we are managing two instances of Marketo instead of two instances of Pardot and one of Marketo. Our business teams are now aligned with their respective instances.

Cons

Maybe there were a few too many people involved in the process.
