The ability to quickly build rapport with everyone and identify areas for improvement stood out. The team was diverse and well-balanced, integrating seamlessly into our organization. They helped us gain perspective on challenges we were too close to and their training and change management process was exceptional. The training sessions and content delivered were excellent and their collaboration with our users for improved experience and UAT testing was invaluable. The documentation, including the manifest and transfer PDF, is still in use today.
Cons
We are very pleased with Slalom's work, which is why I can't think of anything to dislike. They're always efficient and communicative.

Their training and change management process were outstanding, with well-executed sessions across different regions and excellent content. They also worked closely with users to enhance the experience and conducted thorough UAT testing.
Cons
One issue was that they didn't take the time to understand what had already been implemented with Halliburton, which led to duplicated efforts and confusion during the engagement.
