“Kitchen Tune-Up franchise relying on SmartBug for PPC.

Pros

SmartBug really knows Google's search engine inside and out. Our customer service rep is always reviewing our PPC results to see what needs tweaking for better performance. If something isn't working, they do the legwork to figure out what's wrong, run their ideas by us, and then make the change. Honestly our return on ad spend has been fantastic.

Cons

Like any business, we are always hoping for more leads. Even though SmartBug is doing a great job, it would be nice to see more sales opportunities and customers come through.

I feel like they could improve in web development and strategy. Sometimes it feels like they don't think outside the box enough and there's also a bit of a gap in their research about our specific industry. Plus the pricing doesn't always match the value we're getting.
