“A fantastic choice for managing assets

Pros

The experts at Yenlo are well-informed, but since their resources are frequently split between projects, deliverables often take longer than anticipated. Also some standard deliverables that are generally accessible to other clients may require extra time or incur additional fees beyond the allotted support hours.

Cons

I have not found anything to dislike so far and the interface is actually pretty good compared to our previous software.

Softchoice is really quick to respond and always on top of things.

No downsides so far. I'm a new user and I haven't had any issues yet.

It's fast and reliable, allowing us to serve multiple customers at once and it's greatly reduced our response time compared to before when it took us much longer to resolve issues.

There are times when the software doesn't work as expected but I'm hopeful that they'll continue improving it to provide faster and more accurate results.
