SP Tech is a great partner in filling in any knowledge gaps your team might have when working at scale. They are an excellent resource for quality assurance and expert insight into various Salesforce platforms.

There aren't any downsides specific to SP Tech. We sometimes have aggressive deadlines and have fallen a day or so behind over the course of a year working together. But I have no issues with their work. If any problems arise, the team at SP Tech fixes them quickly. They are excellent communicators and always adapt to your company's needs.

Pros

Bhanu and his team are fantastic. The work is done quickly and accurately and they have an effective process in place covering everything from consulting to development, user acceptance testing and deployment. They are able to understand any process and then provide multiple design options with practical solutions we had not even considered. You know you're working with the right team when they understand your business and propose solutions that you didn't think were possible. I will continue to use them for all my Salesforce needs!

We have been working with SP Tech for a year on a variety of Salesforce projects. Initially, we sought their assistance to transition our Salesforce Platform from Classic to the updated Lightning interface. We were so pleased with their work that we continued to partner with them on additional projects. These included workflow automation, creating custom solutions to integrate tools like DocuSign to meet our needs, developing Community Partner Portals to transform how we engage with clients and setting up Client Satisfaction Surveys with audit reporting. SP Tech also provided training and documentation to set our team up for future success. They have truly become an extension of our work family and we look forward to continuing our partnership. We highly recommend this team for all your Salesforce needs.
