They have been awesome partners in figuring out solutions, getting things implemented and just working hard. I have really enjoyed working with them and it honestly feels like they're part of our team.

Like many consultancies, there have been times when we didn't have someone fully dedicated to our project and we felt like their time was being stretched elsewhere. We shared this feedback and I'll say they've worked hard to improve communication so we're never caught off guard. When these moments did happen, they really went out of their way to make things right. It's been rare, though so not a common issue.

Before jumping into any ideas, Spaulding Ridge really took the time to understand all our concerns and lay out a solid plan. Their team dug deep into the underlying issues, came up with a clear solution and stayed engaged throughout the project. They also encouraged us to think outside the box based on their experience. Management was quick to respond and the team they provided was skilled and got the job done efficiently, completing the assignment successfully.

The project took longer than expected, we had to push some things out of scope, and ran into some unexpected barriers. But they were with us every step of the way, bringing in expert resources when needed. Despite the challenges and project changes, they were clear and straightforward to work with and their team quickly helped us through roadblocks. We'll keep working with them to add things outside of scope and better manage bandwidth.

They set up a solid agile project structure, kept things transparent all through the process and tackled issues quickly during testing and go live. As someone who's been in this field for a while, I can honestly say this was the smoothest go live experience I've had.
