“User-friendly and secure with Oracle and SAP”
Pros
What's great is that third party support is available for all versions of the product and the services cover everything from support to strategic services.
Cons
Problem solving time can be a bit of a challenge. There aren't many issues with third-party support, but the responsiveness could definitely be better and performance support could be further improved.

“The best apps for your needs are SAP and Oracle”
Pros
The third party Oracle and SAP support is a big plus for Automation Anywhere, especially for our current project with BlackLine. We need to automate the BlackLine account, where most accounts are handled by macros. The legacy accounts are under Oracle, and some are under SAP. The Oracle actions are done through Automation Anywhere, while SAP actions are handled by VBScript, which makes the SAP integration feature of Automation Anywhere very helpful.
Cons
I don't see any big drawbacks with the thirdparty Oracle and SAP features but both have data confidentiality features so we need the right access to run them.
