Pros
They made us feel like part of their team. Their communication style and rhythm were a great fit for us. They effectively communicated with my technical team and simplified things for non-technical members. It was an ideal working relationship.
Cons
We faced a few initial challenges, as mentioned earlier. The technology setup was something they had not worked with before but by collaborating closely with us, they were able to deliver an outstanding result. There were a few minor monitoring gaps at first, which caused some issues, but they were quickly resolved.
