Loved working with Lucy and her team!

Pros

Our rep and her team did a great job mapping our existing fields, which helped clean up the data during the migration instead of after. That saved us a ton of time and effort. They also managed to migrate activities and other key information, which was a huge relief for our sales team.

Cons

While the messy data in our source system was not thier fault, they were very accommodating. We managed to migrate enough useful information and they provided all the source data for reference so we could finally move on from the old system.

Pros

I liked that it let me manually match the incoming fields to the source fields. Once everything was set up, the migration went through without any issues.

Cons

The only thing I wish was different is that there was no weekend availability in case I had questions. I understand that everyone needs their time off, so it was not a big deal.

Exceptional support from start to finish!

Pros

Our representatives were incredibly helpful throughout the process. When we had to restart the migration due to an error on our end, they stepped in right away and guided us through it. Even after that, they were super quick to respond and always helpful. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I've had.

Cons

Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about the process.
