Pros
They're super quick to understand any new SCA needs I have. I get really good advice on the best practices and how I can prioritize my development costs to get the best return on investment.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of many problems. They're not the cheapest agency out there but I do feel like they provide really strong value for the price.

What stands out is how attentive they are, always willing to help and teach and super patient. Their reporting is clear and they really know their stuff. They're genuinely invested in what we do.
Cons
The only area we felt was lacking was on the email side.

Pros
The Tavano Team's response times and strategic execution show just how well they sync with our team. Whenever our business needs change, they adapt super quickly and make the right decisions. Having a marketing partner who allows us to make last-minute changes that align with our goals is such a huge benefit.
Cons
I never would have found them without doing some deep research. I'm sharing this review to help give them more brand visibility for the great work they do every day. If I'd known about Tavano three years ago, it would've saved me from wasting time on marketing efforts that weren't effective.

Pros
They do an awesome job providing KPI stats to track their performance. They always respond quickly to our needs and they're really skilled, experienced and knowledgeable. I can always reach the Tavano Team through Slack or email and they never leave me waiting long for solutions.
Cons
Sometimes it feels like the Tavano Team gets a bit frustrated with the numerous tasks and procedures they have to work through to resolve things.

Pros
The best part? Their response time is lightning-fast and they've got tons of experienced engineers who can step in for different situations. Because of that, they're usually able to fix problems quickly.
Cons
There are times when we have to go back and forth in emails to clarify exactly what we need, which can make it a bit tricky to explain things from a business perspective.

“Hands-down the best
Pros
I really appreciate how available the Tavano Team is, whether it's via email or Slack , I never have to wait long for a response. We have weekly standup meetings and they're great at providing KPI reports to track how well they're performing.
Cons
I don't have anything bad to say about the Tavano Team. The only thing is that since they're remote, we don't get to see them face-to-face that often. But earlier this year, the owner and our lead migration PM visited us which was awesome, it was nice to finally put faces to the names of the heroes we've been working with.
