The team is really expert in spanning both IT and healthcare. They not only have a strong Salesforce team but also have experts in the healthcare domain.
Cons
While we were fine working with TechWize remotely, we wanted more in-person meetings during the early stages of the projects. There were fewer in-person meetings than we had hoped for.

Integration projects are tough to manage but TechWize is technically proficient, understands the APIs of different enterprise applications and helps us deliver complex integration projects according to our clients' needs.

We've outsourced multiple integration projects to it and while there were a few instances where integrations weren't completed on time, they've been an excellent service provider overall.
