“Strong and steady business relationship
Pros
We've been working with the same consultant for over 10 years and they do an amazing job. They really know our systems inside and out. Having a long term, stable relationship like this is super important to us.
Cons
I really miss working with the former CEO. She was amazing and always made sure our business needs were taken care of. Unfortunately, she retired and I haven't really built a relationship with the new leadership yet.

Pros
I just have to say how much I appreciate the outstanding support from their rep. The response time was unbelievably fast, which made a huge difference in getting the issue resolved quickly. They tackled the problem with ease and efficiency, showing some serious problem-solving skills. Plus, they were professional, patient and super attentive to every detail. It was clear they really know their stuff and they explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand.
Cons
I'm happy to share that our old SAP system had some issues with remote user logins, which hurt our efficiency. But ever since we switched to a cloud-based SAP system, things have improved a lot. Now, remote access is smooth and reliable.

Their response time to service tickets is impressive. They're great at troubleshooting and always patient when helping out team members who aren't super technical.
Cons
For recurring issues, I feel like we haven't gotten enough root cause analysis to prevent them from happening again.

Pros
As a power user of SAP Business One, I know I can always rely on their support to be quick and effective. They have even spotted issues (mostly memory related) that I didn't even know about and flagged them for me.
Cons
They are a toptier partner and sometimes their consulting and support come with premium pricing. But honestly, the quality of their work makes it worth it.
