I used them for a variety of tasks and projects and they fit seamlessly into all of them. This helped our team meet goals effectively, as they tailored their program to suit our needs and requirements perfectly.

There were times when adjustments needed to be made to ensure our needs were fully addressed and communicated effectively.

ManofIT was really easy to work with. They were flexible around our schedules and even gave us extra hours when we needed things done quickly. They also took the time to understand our business so they could make helpful suggestions to improve our workflow. The little touches they added really made things easier for our users and the best part was that they didn't add any extra costs to the project.

Cons

There was nothing we disliked about working with them.

Our experience with ManofIT has been extremely positive. They are real experts when it comes to BigMachines and the CPQ process. Their advice has been spot on throughout the entire implementation and if any issues came up, they resolved them immediately. Overall, they were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end.

Cons

Our experience was so positive that it's hard to think of any negatives. The time difference was a bit tricky as our day started when theirs was ending. Despite that, they were very accommodating with scheduling calls.

The team really took the time to learn the product they were working with. Everyone I worked with stayed focused on the end goal and they actively sought out extra information to complete their tasks as efficiently as possible. As a technical trainer, I could tell who was truly engaged and passionate about their work and I'm happy to say their team has been delivering great results.

ManofIT blended perfectly into the project team I was on, which helped make the entire project run smoothly. From the first discussions to the final deliverables, working with them was a great experience.

Adjusting the project scope was a challenging process. While it wasn't scope creep, getting approval to amend our project scope proved to be a difficult task.

They really know their stuff and always put the customer's needs first. They don't operate like other consulting firms I've worked with in the past and that's a huge benefit.

Cons

No complaints. While they might have a smaller footprint, I'm not sure if they have the reach of larger consulting firms.

I've really enjoyed working with ManofIT and having them as a partner on projects. They carefully select skilled IT professionals for their teams, offering flexible and well-trained resources that can either support or take the lead on entire projects. For BigMachines projects, ManofIT provided resources who worked as engineers and solution architects. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they ramped up and took on active roles in the project. ManofIT was also very responsive to changing needs, adjusting resources as necessary to match my workload. Their management was always supportive and responsive, making the overall experience of working with them highly productive.

I've only worked with them on BigMachines projects so I'm not sure what other areas they specialize in.
