Valintry has really adapted to work with us. They have scaled their team up or down based on the projects we've asked them to handle and they have brought in extra expertise when needed for more complex tasks.
Cons
It cannot handle all the Salesforce work we need yet since they do not have all the specific expertise but they are working on building that up. They have done a great job with marketing tasks and we would love for them to help with B2B Commerce and Service Cloud projects in the future.

Pros
The team working on our projects is super sharp. They really know the Salesforce products and more importantly, they have experience in operations, sales and service, not just tech. It is easier to trust their advice knowing it's backed by real world experience.
Cons
The proof of concept is focused on figuring out how to use Health Cloud to reduce our dependence on a custom app we use for screening patients into clinical trials.

They've got a sharp team that understands the platform and takes the time to learn our processes. They ask us why we are making certain requests and help us figure out where to customize Salesforce and where to tweak our processes. What sets them apart from other Salesforce partners is their expertise, flexibility, creativity, competitive pricing industry knowledge and most importantly, a successful partnership.

I wish we had started with them from the beginning as it would have saved us a lot of time and money.
