“Impressive support with a variety of extra services
Pros
Some of my best experiences have been with our account manager and project manager. They are always just a message away and provide great knowledge and support.
Cons
The transition from base-level support to Professional Services happens quickly, which is great for serious issues. However, sometimes it's frustrating when you are just looking for answers and things get escalated unnecessarily. This mostly happens when seeking general information rather than needing actual service or issue resolution.

Cons
The initial blueprinting process wasn't ideal. We needed a more hands-on experience, but the consultant didn't spend enough quality time planning for our go-live.

So responsive team!! However, after implementation, we did run into several issues. That said, we managed to resolve everything and successfully go live.
Cons
Sometimes communication between different teams isn't as smooth as it should be.

Pros
Their support desk usually responds quickly and the team has some highly knowledgeable people. It's great because you get answers right away instead of having to explain the issue multiple times.
Cons
We've had several different account managers, and it takes time for each new one to get fully up to speed. That said, when issues are escalated, they're usually resolved quickly.

Nothing major. Well, maybe the fact that I don't interact with them as often now since we switched to another provider for our regular SAP needs. Unfortunately, we still have to rely on Vision33 for EDI issues because they hold the rights to the Connector, which means we have no choice but to go through them.
Cons
Customer service has been a big disappointment. Everything takes months to get done. Emails go unanswered, meetings are attended unprepared and commitments aren't followed through. They charge high rates for very little work and treat smaller customers as if they're doing them a favor. Unfortunately, this isn't just a few individuals, the entire company operates this way. Once they know you are locked in with them, they stop prioritizing your needs.

“support network is vast, but services for francophones are lacking

I really appreciate their responsiveness. I've never been left waiting for answers, and most of the time, their responses are quick and to the point.
Cons
The only downside for me is the limited availability of French-speaking resources. They do have some French-speaking staff but the core of their organization isn't focused on providing services in French. Personally, this hasn't been a major issue, but it's worth mentioning for those outside the English-speaking world.

The team is great at addressing questions and understanding our business needs. They check in regularly and stay updated on our current and future initiatives.
Cons
Some of their preferred partners can be difficult to work with at times. While it does a great job stepping in when issues arise, it can be frustrating to have to escalate problems to them.

Vision33 provides top-notch service. When we have an emergency, they respond quickly and professionally. Some of their consultants are extremely knowledgeable and always provide great support.
Cons
There's nothing we really dislike about Vision33. In the past, we had an issue with a consultant and experienced slow responses from a former account manager, but those concerns were resolved quickly.

“Project management approach needs major refinements

SAP is a complete and powerful system. Based on their proposal, we decided to integrate our eCommerce and EDI with their other product, SALT BOX, but the project progress hasn't met our expectations.
Cons
For the SALTBOX project, getting a quote took longer than expected and they changed their pricing both before and during the project. We have no clear timeline for completion or a final cost estimate.
