I really appreciate that they can meet with us virtually, it makes scheduling meetings so much more flexible.

They are great at responding to emails quickly but when things get really complicated, it can sometimes take a bit longer to get a solution.

Honestly, I can't point to any major issues in our relationship so far. We have been working with a solid team of SAP B1 experts even through their merger into the VistaVu organization. We were initially worried about disruptions but those concerns turned out to be unnecessary.

VistaVu has a diverse team that can tackle a wide range of issues. They made sure we got connected with the right person for our specific problem.

Some issues have taken longer to resolve than expected, which possibly led to higher billing hours.

I love that I can reach out to them anytime I have questions about our Business ByDesign system.

It would be really helpful to have a rep closer to us for onsite support, especially for larger projects.

They are always available and fully committed to projects, making sure enhancements get completed on time.

I'd love to see better breakdowns of SOWs and consultant hours spent on projects. Right now, it's a bit tricky having to sift through MAS hours to find the SOW hours that got recorded as MAS.

The rep assigned to work with us was incredibly knowledgeable and responsive. They quickly addressed any concerns and helped us design an integration that worked even better than we expected. Their patience, even with the uncertainty of the project, kept everything on track and helped us go live on a tight schedule.

So far, we have had no complaints about them. It's been smooth sailing from our side.

Even though we have to submit a ticket for support, the response time is quick. It really feels like their team is always keeping an eye on our business.

There's really no reason to dislike our team at VistaVu. As long as they keep our current team, the ones who truly know our business, we'll stay happy.

VistaVu Solutions always works hard to provide solutions tailored to our complex hospitality system needs. From start to finish, they were professional and highly skilled. They took the time to understand our business processes, identified areas where SAP could make a real impact and gave us valuable recommendations that fit both our short-term and long-term goals.

Cons

I wish we had more tailored suggestions and solutions to tackle the challenges in the hospitality industry. Things like automatic reconciliation of bank statements, credit card reconciliation, and better integration with the PMS system would be really helpful.
