An excellent solution for business communication

Pros

You have the flexibility to choose between a deskphone, mobile app or collaboration directly from the browser. It also includes built in video and audio conferencing solutions, making it easy to reach out to customers. Plus it integrates with a wide range of platforms, including CRMs for added convenience.

Cons

There's honestly nothing to dislike. The calls are crystal clear, the tools are built to be incredibly useful and everything just works seamlessly.

By far the best phone management system I've tried

Pros

I really like how easy it is to put someone on hold and transfer calls. It makes phone calls much more efficient. I also find it super simple to manage multiple users at once, with the option to call another user before transferring them.

Cons

I think the chat feature could use a bit of improvement especially with the ability to text external members. Text messages to Wildix don't always come through very well so having that functionality would be helpful.

It has been a great phoning system!

Pros

The instant messaging feature is a game changer for the industry I work in. We are always looking for ways to reduce the number of emails we receive daily and the IM feature really helps cut down on that.

Cons

One feature we would really love to see is the ability to conference call with both employees and customers. Getting that up and running would be a huge boost for us and would take our customer service to the next level!
