Pros
The team Wipro put together for us is great! They really know their stuff and do a fantastic job explaining everything in simple terms. Even someone without a technical background like me can understand what they're talking about.
Cons
Sometimes the timelines they promise end up getting off track but honestly, that's something I've seen with most IT companies, not just Wipro. Another thing to think about is whether it's more cost-effective to handle things in-house instead of outsourcing to a third party. Of course, there are pros and cons to both sides.

The company works with all kinds of industries, like tech, finance, healthcare, retail and manufacturing. Honestly, I've been really impressed with the services they provide.
Cons
The services they provide are a bit on the pricey side. They definitely need to speed things up a bit. It is a global IT, consulting and business process services company based in Indiabut they're not as well-known as some others. They could definitely use more visibility.

Pros
It has a huge team of experienced professionals who really know what they're doing. They offer solid advice and support whenever we need it. They also focus a lot on innovation and use the latest tech to keep us ahead of the competition. On top of that, their quality system makes sure projects are always completed on time and at a high standard.
Cons
One downside I've noticed is that since Wipro is such a huge global company, it can be tricky to use all the different departments and services. It's not always easy to find the right person to talk to or get the specific help you need. Building personal relationships with their reps can also be tough and that's something I think is important for trust and smooth communication.

“Highly adaptable services
Pros
One thing I really like about Wipro is how customizable their services are. They work closely with us to adjust their solutions to fit exactly what we need which makes a huge difference.
Cons
With operations in over 50 countries, there's definitely a lot of variety in the regions they work in, which can sometimes cause slight delays in projects. But on the flip side, it also means they can cater to very specific needs, which is a big plus.

Pros
Their service costs are lower compared to other IT service providers, which is awesome. Plus the team is well-trained, communicates really well and knows the products inside and out.
Cons
The project timelines did stretch out a bit longer than expected and the overall implementation took more time than I'd hoped. I think the requirement gathering and scoping phase could have been handled a bit more efficiently on Wipro's end.
