Pros
They tailored their services to our needs and worked alongside our product, marketing, and IT teams to co-create the social media analytics platform. Their support was exceptional and they leveraged the latest technology and expert knowledge throughout the process.
Cons
There wasn't much to dislike but the project took longer than expected, which led to higher costs. Account management and communication could have been improved.
