From my perspective the automated prompts that send satisfied patients to review sites are helpful when the links function properly.

Cons

The software sometimes feels antiquated with minimal support and occasional EHR integration issues.

Pros

I appreciate that it works directly with our cloud service. Patients receive reminders, can confirm or change appointments, and get notified when products are ready for pickup.

Cons

I wish the dashboard were more user-friendly, especially for tasks like removing patients from recalls or updating their contact information. It would also be helpful to easily track which patients have been notified.

Pros

I like how easily I can send out blast emails and let patients book appointments online.

Cons

I found the number of reports overwhelming, with some being repetitive or unnecessary.
