Pros

I like the azure and the fact that the price is right - so now I'm writing just to meet the character requirement.

Cons

There are too many glitches. If you schedule too many units for an appointment space, it just deletes the appointment. Also, you can't delete duplicate prescriptions unless it's the same day. Not very intuitive.

Pros

I love that I can navigate through the program via the tabs at the top! I don't have to sift through a maze of 20 tabs to find what I need. They offer every feature I could need, and it all works seamlessly! I've used ACE since 2007 and am still thrilled to work with such an awesome team! I've used other programs as well, so this isn't my first rodeo! I've worked in dental since 1995.

Cons

I have a few additional feature recommendations, but I believe the company is continuously looking for areas of growth.

“Great experience. Rarely have problems. If so, support is readily available and solves the problem immediately. They are constantly updating the software also.

Pros

It's easy to use, yet more features than I would ever use are available. The IT support is great and listens to suggestions.

Cons

Perhaps they could consider updating the appearance of the program slightly to bring it more in line with modern aesthetics and user preferences.

“OUTSTANDING SERVICE

Pros

This software is very comforting to know I'll be helped. The support staff is second to none. Our computer crashed three times last week, and the support staff had us up and running in no time. They answer calls promptly and are always polite, comforting, and knowledgeable. I can't thank them enough! Great job!

Cons

Some reports may not be readily available, and it's not as well known as some of the bigger dental software.

Pros

It's pretty easy to learn, and customer service is always very helpful, especially the support representatives!

Cons

The software freezes up a lot and frequently kicks us out when we check patients out. It also changes things, like recording a payment as cash when entered as Visa.
