Pros
The product is easy to use and has been approved by the state licensing agency. Additionally, the customer service provided is excellent.
Cons
The medication section is difficult to use for clinicians during reconciliation or review requests, as it contains all previously entered medication data without any way to clean it up or archive it. This creates an unfriendly user experience.

Pros
I find it difficult to add my new medical technicians on this platform despite its user-friendly interface.
Cons
I am unable to help the new medication technicians access AL Advantage as a daily user. There are currently three new med techs who require access to this program.
