Pros

The dashboards in AltuMED PracticeFit especially AR Tracker, Denial Control and Claim Watch, really help boost productivity. It also comes pre-integrated with WebPT which makes the whole workflow more efficient.

Cons

A few extra reporting options would be helpful and could make things even better for practices like ours.

Right away this software felt more user friendly to me than anything else we've used. The Colab feature has really helped our front office and billing team stay aligned and work together well.

A big plus for us is how simple the interface is, along with the operational dashboards. They really help our billers focus on the right priorities and save a lot of time during the day.

To be honest there aren't any major downsides. Once in a while we notice a few reports we wish were included but that's something you could probably say about almost any billing software.
