Helped us go paperless

Pros

The reports it provides are super detailed and the charts are really easy to read. Plus it has made retrieving data so much easier for me.

Cons

Reliable but expensive

Pros

It saves me time by offering handy templates for most specialties. Plus, it is very easy to use which makes it even more likable.

Cons

Many people might find it difficult to understand. And one other thing I have noticed is that the price is high as compared to other solutions.

New updates made it even better

Pros

Since the new update, patient charts are now fairly easy to access. I also really like the support I get from the software team.

Cons

Nothing serious that I would like to share. Just that the software slows down when multiple users are logged in.

Learning took very little time...

Pros

athenaClinicals software interface is lightweight and really easy to navigate. Plus it works great for managing our office practice.

Cons

I wish we has the option to sort the problems by date, but unfortunately, that feature is missing.

Not ideal for surgery-specific needs

Pros

It automatically creates a medicine list from the patients pharmacy purchase history, which really helps me in putting together a quick list.

Cons

Support for surgery centers is not the best. Plus the list of prior surgeries is confusing and I find them difficult to interpret.
