“helpful truly
Pros
If a caregiver forgets to clock in the color actually changes so you spot it right away. No more missed punches falling through the cracks.
Cons
We put in the time duration and then for some reason we gotta go back and enter everything again manually in the service tab. Make it make sense.

Pros
Our caregivers actually love using this for their training. Every single one of them says they've picked up new stuff even the ones who've been doing this for years and years.
Cons
There is LITERALLY nothing I dislike. And their customer support? Always on time and actually excellent.

“revenue jumped at least 20%!!!!
Pros
We've seen our revenue jump at least 20% since we started working with AuxoCare. That's not nothing.
Cons
That alerts window can get a little chaotic sometimes but I complained about it and they actually listened. I can see it getting better.

“painless billing
Pros
The Billing tab and Report section are my go-to spots. Tracking claims in Billing is painless and the Reports give me the full picture without any fluff.
Cons
Every now and then the whole system drags and it messes with how fast we can get work done. Over in the ERA update section VA claims just sat there refusing to update on their own. And for Medicaid claims some clients had ERA automation that wouldn't kick in right so guess who got stuck doing extra manual work? Me.

“scheduling is so simple
Pros
Auxo care keeps things simple. That "around me" feature when I'm scheduling has saved my butt more times than I can count. And having RingCentral built right in is another win.
Cons
Shifts have a habit of just vanishing into thin air sometimes. And other times they duplicate themselves for no reason. Both are annoying in their own special way.

“sharper look and better precision
Pros
What pulls me in most about Auxocare is how much sharper everything looks and how clearly I can see what's going on. The precision is way better.
Cons
The biggest drag with Auxocare is how long ERA updates take and how often errors pop up during the process. Feels like it eats up time I don't have.

“effrotless document upload
Pros
This software is about as simple as it gets. Uploading documents and going back to look at them takes zero effort. Auxocare keeps everything filed neatly so I never have to dig around. My favorite little touch is how it shows expiration dates right on each document slot, which means I never let anything lapse. And the way it hooks up with CareerPlug is just chef's kiss. All my job apps show up right inside Auxocare so hiring doesn't feel like a separate nightmare. Also being able to pull all kinds of reports whenever I need them keeps the daily chaos manageable.
Cons
Up until now I haven't hit any major problems worth stressing over with this software.

“nice layout and ringcentral connection
Pros
The look of this thing is what grabbed me first. Everything's laid out nice. And that RingCentral connection they added? Actually useful.
Cons
Right this second I'm completely happy with what they've given me. The updates keep coming and the features actually do what I need.

“works great for admin and caregivers
Pros
Works great whether you're on the admin side or using the caregiver app. When we bring on new people getting them up to speed takes no time at all.
Cons
It goes dark on us pretty regularly. I get that they're constantly tinkering and pushing improvements so it's not the end of the world. But when it's down my office people and caregivers just sit there twiddling their thumbs until it comes back.
