“Very user-friendly for team texts
Pros
Using it is not a problem as it is very user friendly. We can send texts straight from the platform without going through a separate system, and our team picked it up very quickly because I mentioned before, it's not complicated at all.
Cons

“Essential support for practice launch
Pros
From the very beginning, the team became my go-to support while I launched my first cold start practice. Getting a new practice off the ground comes with many hurdles, but they helped me clear them by walking me step by step through setup and folding all the necessary services into one EHR. Honestly I am extremely happy with how everything turned out.

Meets all our requirements that too pretty well. so no cons to share.

Pros
It is much more than a simple EHR. It has become the central command center for our entire operation from handling clinical workflows to administrative duties, texting and calling patients, and even powering our website. As all are consolidated in one place. The switch was effortless too as their support team stayed by our side through every stage. They are remarkably responsive and genuinely committed to our success. Overall using it has saved us time, reduced system chaos and gathered everything we need under a single roof.
Cons
There is room for imrpoevemnts but they are working on them continusoly so I am sure they will not disappoint us moving forward.

“Incredibly simple ehr migration
Pros
Moving our practice to Barti turned out to be incredibly simple. We operate across 22 sublease sites with 40 physicians and after transferring all of our EHR records we had everything working in under a month. Plus none of our doctors required training since this EHR is so user-friendly. This is exactly how smooth EHR migrations should feel!
Cons
Customer support needs to buck up a little, as the responses are not as fast as they should be.

At our specialty clinic that focuses on myopia management, we were looking for an EHR that could cope with the particular demands of our workflow. This cloud-based solution has gone beyond what we expected. Its level of customization makes it simple for us to create templates tailored to axial length monitoring, ortho-k fittings and assessments of progressive myopia risk. The built-in VoIP phone feature has noticeably boosted how we communicate and follow up with patients. Even better, the tech support crew has been reliably quick to respond and very knowledgeable, so we never feel stranded.

“Up and running in roughly three hours
Pros
My team had Barti up and running in roughly three hours. I also like the fact that my office personnel find it simple to user. Using it frees up more of our time to actually converse with patients instead of pounding on a keyboard. On top of that the assistance I have received from the support team is the best I've experienced with any EHR!
Cons
Integration is the area where it is lacking a bit. I am hoping moving on they will focus a little more.
