As a PM, I really like how many parts of the platform can be configured to fit our needs. There's a lot of flexibility on that side, even though the clinicians have a harder time with the documentation workflow.

From the clinicians side it can feel buggy at times and there are definitely some usability problems that make it less user friendly to work with.

I feel like this is a perfect electronic medical records platform built for care delivery companies and one of its biggest strengths is how customizable the interface is for developers. The documentation is thorough, the API is well provided and it gives teams the flexibility to create custom workflows and connect them with their current tech stack. Signing up for a trial is also fast and easy.

Cons

If a clinician is looking for a ready-made solution they can start using right away may feel more complicated than necessary. This is clearly not a no-code EMR platform. Since the product is still fairly young, there's also some uncertainty around how well it will work with the legacy systems that many care delivery companies still rely on.

Pros

Well using it day to day is very easy because the platform is well organized, practical and offered at a reasonable price. It's a tool that has been applied successfully and is widely accepted which adds to the confidence in using it regularly.

I understand that the software has to generate a financial return as a product in the market and that its pricing is based on calculated costs. Even so adding a broader set of essential features would likely raise the final price but it would also improve satisfaction for customers and end users.
