CareVoyant has been an excellent company for us to partner with for our EMR system.

Pros

CareVoyant comes with a reasonable price tag, and they're willing to customize the product to fit our company's needs. This flexibility is rare in today's software market.

Cons

The software's extensive functionality can overwhelm new users, but efforts are underway to enhance user-friendliness, which is a work in progress.

Pros

I appreciate the flexibility, allowing us to customize forms and measurements. It's compatible with both wired and wireless setups and works seamlessly across multiple devices.

Cons

It lacks a scan feature for medication administration, which would be beneficial.

Excellent system from referral, to point of care, to billing. Some challenges, but overall an excellent affordable system.

Pros

The Point of Care system is user-friendly, fast, and efficient. I appreciate the offline capabilities and real-time updates without manual syncing. Plus, the staff is friendly and supportive.

Cons

The back office functionality is excellent but requires extensive training and setup, limited to Windows-based devices. Interfacing with other programs could be smoother, and tech support and initial setup are complicated.

Very easy to navigate

Pros

Excellent technical support and adaptability to each user's needs. The program is easy to navigate.

Cons

Training on new applications was rapid and occasionally difficult to follow, although this wasn't an issue with the software itself.

We are just beginning to use many of the features that this software offers. We are very pleased.

Pros

We are transitioning most of our processes to CareVoyant due to its flexibility. It aligns well with our workflow procedures with minimal adjustments.

Cons

some glitches arise with updates or upgrades that need fixing.
