“Great team chat”
Pros
One of the best tools offices can use for workplace communication. It helps teams chat with coworkers, stay connected, schedule meetings, check their position in team stack rankings and reach out to anyone across the office. It also offers solid security and works well on any device. The platform is user friendly customer support is very responsive and interactive and it integrates easily across devices without much trouble. Setting it up is easy and employees can pick up its features quickly.
Cons
The UI/UX could be made a bit more appealing and the texting features could use a few more additions.

“clunky setup”
Pros
Something that stands out with this software is how simple it is to connect with other systems. I also really appreciate that it's a cloud based EHR solution which is something I genuinely prefer.
Cons
Even though it's a decent tool overall the programming side isn't very simple to manage. Also the interface doesn't feel very beginner friendly especially for someone just starting out.

“Happier patients”
Pros
I appreciate how much simpler it makes my daily work. I'm not buried under stacks of paper anymore and I can finish my notes in seconds just by speaking. Patients also really enjoy being able to book from their phones and having their information available right there when needed. It takes a lot of pressure off the office and makes everything feel more organized which has led to a lot more happy patients.
Cons
Getting started with the program was a little challenging at first. Some of the buttons were confusing and early on it felt like I was awkwardly clicking around trying to figure everything out. However the support team was incredibly patient and walked me through it all clearly. Once I got the hang of it using the system became much more natural and now I feel completely confident with it.

It helps keep information in my chiropractic office organized.
Cons
There honestly isn't much to complain about but if I had to point out one downside it would be the time it takes to fully get comfortable with it. Once you understand how everything works though it's really excellent.

it was very easy to get started with and the platform feels very user friendly overall. It was simple to set up and really helped my office bring multiple systems together into one place.
Cons
The only downside was that it took some time to figure out mostly because we had fewer options before. Aside from that it has been an extremely solid service.

Cons

“chiropractic workflow game-changer”
Pros
Running my chiropractic practice feels much more manageable with it. Everything I need from billing to voice to text SOAP notes is built in and I can get to it anytime from any device. The drag and drop check in tool has been a huge help and makes handling patients much simpler. On top of that the patient portal gives the whole experience a more professional feel. It has really changed the way I work improving efficiency while helping me keep patient care front and center.
Cons
Even though it has been excellent overall the interface could be a little more user friendly. There are times when finding my way around feels slightly difficult. Better onboarding or clearer guidance for new users would make a big difference. Still that's only a minor issue in what is otherwise an outstanding tool for chiropractors.

Getting this into my client's clinic was very easy and the user friendly interface made the setting up process much easier. The dashboards are excellent and being cloud based is one of the biggest advantages.

“Simple and worth it”
Pros
It handles what I need without any trouble and is very simple to use. Honestly I wish I'd had it from day one of opening my practice.
Cons
It does cost more than I'd prefer and I think pricing it at $199 would make it far more competitive and a much easier choice when comparing EHR options. That said it is worth the $299 but $199 would definitely feel a lot easier to justify each month.
