I really enjoy how easy it is to process insurance cheques with ClearDent, making the administrative tasks much simpler.
Cons
Making the next appointment is only visible on one computer. There should be a drop box for CDAs and receptionists to access simultaneously.

Cleardent is extremely user-friendly, making it easy to operate, and the recare lists are incredibly helpful in managing patient follow-ups efficiently.

I'm not able to have more than one window open without it freezing.

Pros
ClearDent has excellent features, including the secure exchange of patient information between offices, which is particularly useful for managing multiple offices.
Cons
It can be cumbersome to learn at the beginning, and I have to invest a few hours training new staff members.

“okay software but could be better
Pros
The real-time compatibility with most insurances, especially with PBC, is a very convenient feature that I appreciate.
Cons
It's quite rudimentary, for example, I have to manually track items not covered by insurance. Some insurances only allow a certain number of x-rays or a specific dollar value per year, or they don't pay for fluoride, or there are age restrictions.
