Pros

Charting and maintaining patient records, including imaging and documents, are easily accomplished.

Cons

Organizing and keeping track of referring offices could be streamlined. Currently, there's no way to combine multiple doctors within the same practice.

Pros

Cloud 9 software is easy to learn and use daily. Its many features help our practice run efficiently. I appreciate that our phone software syncs perfectly to send appointment reminders to patients. Cloud9 Signature is fantastic for sending documents and ensuring all the correct information reaches new and existing patients.

Cons

Location-specific reminders would be really helpful, especially for managing multiple office locations.

Pros

There are multiple ways to perform the same functions. Automatic payments can be re-run after they're declined.

Cons

When the internet is down, we're unable to use the system. While there are many places to make notes and navigate through, once you get used to it, it becomes manageable.

It's incredibly simple to enter and submit claims with the software. I also love how easy it is to add notes regarding benefits.

Cons

I'm still exploring the various reports available, but the flexibility in how you can run them is definitely a plus!

One of the pros of the software is the payment tab; it's very user-friendly and works seamlessly to keep everything organized.

Cons

When checking out a patient, the tabs on the bottom of the screen keep switching back to the schedule, which adds time to the checkout process.
