I like how easily I can navigate to different screens for ortho! I feel there's so much more to learn since I only work with certain areas of the software!
Cons
There's nothing I don't like. It's such a cool place where I can ask for help, make suggestions, and request new features.

Pros
I enjoy the function that allows me to easily write letters to doctors. It's also great to create extraction or expose requests for an Oral Surgeon. Recently, some of us in my office attended the Cloud 9 User meeting in New Orleans, which was incredibly helpful for learning more tips and tricks for the system.
Cons
I'm unsure whether there will be an update soon to allow for the use of 3D technology.

“Cloud 9 has been a good upgrade for our office.
Pros
I really love that we are cloud-based; it makes remote work very easy. There are so many things I appreciate about Cloud 9. Scheduling, in particular, is a breeze.
Cons
Running reports can be really challenging, especially if it's not a standard report. I also find that many tasks involve too many steps.

I find it super easy to use and adjust. It's convenient that I can access anything from anywhere, anytime!
Cons
The treatment card functionality is tricky. We treat patients with braces and use the treatment card to track their progress. It's difficult to navigate and create specific reports, like for broken brackets, without running a general report first.

Initially, we liked how user-friendly this software was, but since the company was bought by an equity group, support is now non-existent.
Cons
There's no support available, and we're left without solutions for issues that previously worked. They blame external factors like Google, which doesn't seem relevant to our software's functionality.

This software is user-friendly. They've come a long way in making it more intuitive. I particularly like the new Cloud9 Signature, as it has significantly reduced paper usage and integrates information directly into the patient chart.
Cons
Clicking into different boxes across various areas of Cloud9 can be cumbersome. I also wish there was a way to make small notes directly on the schedule. This would help us manage appointment spots and communicate reasons for chair closures more effectively.

It's very intuitive to navigate. If you've used any other orthodontic software, you'll be pleased to know this is by far the best.
Cons
It's very simple to use, but I wish it had a few more features. For instance, when I click on X-ray, it doesn't pull up all the X-rays taken; I have to click on each series individually. A sidebar with all images accessible directly would be more efficient.
