“All in all, a great experience

Pros

Working with the software and team feels like an "experience" rather than just using software. They go above and beyond to meet our needs. It allows quick coding to match our requirements and helps monitor results, modify programs, and cater to special needs audiences. Our team can efficiently manage patient files, update records, adjust treatment frequencies, and personalize the software. The support team is always available and helpful.

Cons

It makes working with multiple vendors and third-party products a bit complicated. This had to be an inherent part of software that deals with an organization that works with dozens of different vendors on a daily basis. However, the training was good enough to teach any workarounds possible, and they did listen to our complaints and assure us a fix is on the way. Let's see what happens now. I am willing to keep working with the software as long as possible.
