“convenient access”
Pros
Getting to SNV notes is convenient and all the documents I need are available with a single click instead of making me jump back and forth between different screens.
Cons
Even with the useful features it offers the software is not compliant with CoPs and when that gets pointed out the staff tends to respond defensively. It gives the impression that they are not willing to make the needed changes to become compliant.

“convenient patient lookup”
Pros
We use this for Medicare OASIS documentation for current patients and it works a lot like other systems so it doesn't take much effort to get comfortable with it. The calendar is especially useful, tasks are quick to add and there are several convenient ways to search for information on both active and inactive patients.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is having to change the password every 90 days. It would be better if password reuse were allowed even if that required confirming it verbally with a Cradle IT staff member. I'd also prefer a dashboard that feels more customized to each individual user.

“helpful support”
Pros
Having digital records in place has been a real benefit for us. The editing tools are useful and the customer service team has been pleasant to work with. They even made an effort to help us get connected to our internet.
Cons
Using the program can be frustrating because there are so many menus inside other windows. The layout feels overwhelming with too many subcategories and it ends up looking chaotic. It would be much better if the information were displayed in a different more organized way. I really prefer the setup used by Generations Software.

“user-friendly layout”
Pros
Right away the data entry stands out and the layout is very user friendly. Everything feels simple to figure out and use overall and I honestly love it. Bless!
Cons
One frustrating part is having to change passwords all the time. The account setup process could also be better and the website is pretty slow to load and tends to refresh itself constantly.

“simple scheduling for every role”
Pros
Starting off with it is easy for just about anyone. Entering notes takes very little effort and setting up schedules for nurses, therapy staff and home health aides is just as simple.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues so far.

“simple concept”
Pros
Once you get used to it the overall concept is pretty simple. The Oasis export feature is easy to use and I appreciate being able to clearly tell when all Oasis files have been exported.
Cons
It runs very slowly and not being able to handle multiple tasks at the same time is frustrating. The system also isn't very user friendly, takes time to learn and can still feel confusing even after using it for a while.

“packed with useful features”
Pros
From the start it felt very user friendly while still offering a lot of useful features. The statistical reports are especially helpful for QAPI and being able to compare visit notes makes it much easier to track patient progress over time. Tech support is also fairly responsive most of the time which has been a big plus.
Cons
There are some occasional glitches that come up. The PT notes could be more comprehensive and they are not as widely accepted as the ones offered by competitors like Kinsser. The billing side also has some trouble when it comes to submitting claims to private insurance.
