Home care, 11-50 employees
Less than 6 months
“Very disappointing”
Pros
Insurance companies may find it useful but my experience has been far from positive. There are several issues that make it difficult to work with and it does not meet my expectations in terms of efficiency or reliability.
Cons
The least use-friendly, nurse & patient-centric charting I’ve ever suffered to use, in my 25 years in ( critical care) nursing.

“Reliable but distracting”
Pros
The accounting capabilities of ClubHub are incredible and have helped me keep track of A/R. It offers easy scheduling options that are quite user-friendly. And the data is seamlessly stored on the cloud and available on the app without any delays, which facilitates our task in terms of administration.
Cons
I find it annoying that you cant focus on one thing at a time. It takes a lot of work to construct a schedule because you cant just add your clients and employees once and have them there for the whole month. For no good reason, you must do double the work in CH.

“Supportive & goal-oriented”
Pros
The team has been super responsive and really knows the industry well. It brings everything together in one place from scheduling and HR to compliance, clinical charting, QA and billing. It works great for complex care and habilitation services, making things so much easier to manage.
Cons
While the data analytics and reporting have room for improvement, they have already shown progress in this area based on our experience.

“Best for our bussiness”

The software precisely fits our market needs and offers customization options to meet company requirements.
Cons
The occasional slowdowns and unexpected bugs make it really challenging for me to handle external documentation.

“Perfect for pediatric home health”
Pros
As one of the first offices to implement CubHub, we've seen excellent results. The paperless EMR has saved us administrative hours spent on documentation and organization, allowing us to focus on clinical training, staffing, and client service. The app offers transparency in tracking when staff clock in and out and accessing clinical notes.
Cons
The transition from a home health care background to a successful software company can be a challenge for the team.

“Needs Improvements”
Pros
It keeps all the data in one place and even does the calculations, which is really helpful for us. But using it can take up a lot of time since there are so many clicks and daily data entries to deal with.
Cons
Using the software feels frustrating for me because the interface requires way too many clicks and is not efficient, which ends up creating double work. Building schedules is a struggle and overall, it just feels messy to use.

“Easy to learn”
Pros
CubHub has made our transition to a paperless system easy, even for older employees. The app is user-friendly, and it provides transparency into field activities.
Cons
There were some issues during the early implementation but I've noticed that improvements have been made over time, making it much better now.

“Mobile friendly charting”
Pros
One of the best things is the app-based charting, which makes it super convenient for nurses to use their own devices.
Cons
The reporting options could be better and there are still some occasional bugs that need to be addressed. However, I've seen that the situation is slowly improving.
