About a year ago we moved over to this software and I've loved it from the moment we began using it. The transition was simple and the support has been great, you get help from a real person instead of some automated system saying they'll call you back. The ICD-10 update is phenomenal and is going to be a huge help once the change officially takes effect. I really appreciate how they built in code conversion because it saves you from having to immediately dig through the big book to look everything up. They also keep making updates that improve things for users. I'm very happy with the new changes and the ICD-10 switch will be much more manageable because of them. They're clearly ahead of the curve and that will make everything much more smooth.

Right from the start it has delivered more than I expected. It's very user friendly and the ongoing support has been excellent.T he EHR is structured a lot like traditional physician notes which makes it feel familiar and it can be modified to fit the specific needs of your practice.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is better communication when a system issue comes up. It would help if all users were notified in something like release notes. That said the turnaround time for fixing problems has definitely gotten better. Anyone considering an EHR should keep in mind that it isn't static it continues to evolve and change.

Pros
Across all of our billing and EHR training we rely on both products. We chose this because its very user friendly and the support has been wonderful. Students pick things up quickly and the instructors are happy with the experience. With so many options out there we're really glad we made the right decision.
