We can pull many different statistics and reports to spot opportunities and use tools to track them. It was also really helpful having someone assigned to our business/practice who did check-ins and made sure the software integration went smoothly.
Cons

The automated follow-ups are an invaluable tool and our office uses it daily. It has simplified filling our schedule gaps. We log into Dental Intel daily and immediately see a list of patients we need to follow up with and schedule. Also, we have had significant success in boosting our monthly production numbers using this tool. In the first 4 to 5 weeks alone, we added $22,000 in treatments simply by using our follow-ups and contacting our patients to schedule. It's truly the best tool we could ask for.
