It's incredibly intuitive, the support is consistently excellent, patient communication is top-notch, and the electronic paperwork saves hours of work. The practice analytics available are truly remarkable. You can delve deep into your practice to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses!

Honestly, I can't think of any downsides to our practice. I've thoroughly enjoyed using the software!

The recall feature is superb and offers numerous filtering options by age, appointment status, last appointment, and more. Their online scheduling tracks overdue hygiene visits, unscheduled treatments, broken appointments, and can prioritize from our ASAP list! Even if you prefer not to allow patients to schedule their own appointments (we don't), the wealth of information Dental Intel tracks is invaluable, and the ability to prioritize from the ASAP list is a game-changer! Plus, they offer so much more; it really is the best engagement system we've used!
Cons
While we don't utilize Analytics, I'm sure it's excellent. It's simply not something our office feels we need.

Overall, I'm really impressed with Dental Intel! My favorite feature is comparing monthly data against our set goals. It motivates me and visually highlights areas where I can improve. I also find the morning huddle feature incredibly useful; it makes our meetings more productive and visually engaging. Lastly, as a receptionist, I find the recall feature invaluable! It helps me efficiently manage patient appointments and ensure we meet their needs promptly.
Cons
The loading times are probably my least favorite aspect of the software. It's frustrating when logging in or navigating between pages takes forever. Occasionally, login attempts fail altogether. Also, I wish performance boards updated in real-time so I could track progress instantly.

While it requires regular use to be effective, integrating your Practice Management Software data is all it asks. Understanding your practice's current state is crucial for making improvements, and Dental Intel gives you all the tools you need for this.
Cons
I wish the software provided real-time updates. While it refreshes at midnight, it would be more helpful to see our progress throughout the day as we complete follow-ups and schedule recalls.

The automated follow-ups are an invaluable tool our office uses daily. It has simplified filling our schedule gaps tremendously! We log into Dental Intel daily and immediately see a list of patients we need to follow up with and schedule. We've achieved significant success in boosting our monthly production numbers using this tool. In the first 4-5 weeks alone, we added $22,000 in treatments simply by utilizing our follow-ups and contacting our patients to schedule. It's truly the best tool we could ask for!
