When the service works, it is helpful and great!

Cons

It rarely functions properly and the support to fix issues is lacking. Tech support is mostly copy and pasted AI and other times it is representatives who take more than 6 hours to basically not be able to help you.

Everything! Pricing is terrible, the current dental software we use already does everything this does, yet they want us to keep paying until the end of the year. Totally misled on the capabilities of this.

Big fan of DI...

Pros

Amazing! Dental Intel has made my work so much more productive. Also it has helped me stay on top of follow-ups with better control and organization.

Cons

Although the course is a bit too expensive, it's definitely worth the investment. as we truly get what we payed for.

Offers the best service...

Pros

I absolutely love the analytics software. It's chart visuals are super clear and the follow-up system works great too. Overall, it is been a great experience, and I always recommend Dental Intel to all my dental friends.

Cons

I am a big fan of all their services. However, it would be great if they could introduce a prescription software soon, as I am eagerly awaiting it.

Saves time and effort

Pros

It's quite easy to use, and the detailed analytics save us so much time which in the past took us forever to figure out on our own. And even though our office has really enjoyed using it so far, but I do feel like we're not using it to its full potential yet.

Cons

Having two separate logins for admin and analytics causes little inconvenience. Also, I had to manually turn on the chat function, which I wish was enabled by default.

Good but quite complex

Pros

I really like how flexible the filtering options are, plus the patient chat and auto reminders are quite helpful too. And once I got in touch with the trainers, they were amazing, very responsive and really knew their stuff.

Cons

Dental Intel is pretty complex. Even the training was tough because it requires a lot of advanced knowledge and is heavily dependent on Windows. And unfortunately, the inexperienced trainers didn't help much and ended up making things even more harder for us.

Not perfect, but it works well

Pros

One thing that might be the only thing I like the most is that it is easy for all our team members to use.

Cons

There's definitely a lot of room for improvement. And I also wish more features were included instead of being add-ons.

Worth it for the price

Pros

Not only is it easy to use, but with it creating email or text campaigns we want is also a simple task.

Cons

I really wish there was a search feature. For example, after sending out an email blast, it would be quite helpful to tag replies with something like "Easter" to make scheduling appointments easier.

The support Dental Intelligence offers is incredible. Their premium support team is the best and even my personal rep for my company has been amazing too. I have been working with Jodi for the past year, and I honestly can't say enough good things about her. Plus the personalized help and direct assistance we've gotten from her have been outstanding.

Cons

It is not a con, but a suggestion from my side for new users that proper setup is key. Ensure you configure the settings for your PMS and provide thorough training to your teams.

I didn't like much about this software. The only thing DI really does well is sending confirmation emails.

Cons

Our experience with them was nothing less than a nightmare. I've talked to three of their customer representatives, trying to cancel my account but all goes in vain. We signed up for a two-year term, but after switching software, we are not using the system anymore. And nothing in our agreement says we can't cancel early, yet they keep charging my card. We've disputed the charges and gotten our money back, but no one will listen or stop charging us. I would not trust this company. Plus the data from morning huddles isn't accurate, and the patient forms do not even integrate with Dentrix.

This is hands down the best software I have ever come across. Not only is it so easy to use but the training they provide is also basic and understandable, even for the non technical individuals.

Unbeatable product...

Pros

Dental Intel has so many excellent features that it's hard for me to pick just one. Also it is highly intuitive, the support is consistently excellent, patient communication is top-notch, and the electronic paperwork saves us hours of work. Moreover the practice analytics available are truly remarkable. Like it allows us to delve deep into our practice to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses!

Cons

I honestly can’t think of any cons as I really enjoyed using it.

A must-have for engagement

Pros

The recall feature is awesome. Also it provides so many ways to filter out things like by age, no appointment made, last appointment and more. They also have an online scheduling system that tracks things like overdue hygiene appointments, unscheduled treatments, broken appointments and even pulls from our ASAP list. And even though we don't let patients schedule their own appointments, the other information that Dental Intel can track is totally worth it. Being able to pull from the ASAP list is a total game changer. Plus, they offer so much more. It really is the best engagement system we have used.

Cons

Well, we don't really use the Analytics feature. I am sure it is great but our office doesn't feel we need it for now.

It's a complete package

Pros

I value how easy it is to use. Also it covers all aspects of dental practice which makes it even more likable. And I even found the integration with patient charts amazing too.

Decent but is quite expensive

Dental Intel gives some fascinating insights and in-depth analytics that are quite helpful for managing our practice well.

Cons

One thing I have noticed is that the monthly fee is a bit too much. And if you don't have someone specifically assigned to act on the data, then it probably is not worth the cost.

Simply amazing...

Pros

Dental Intel is simply the best. We started using it about a year and a half ago, and it amazes us, what it can do for our practice. It helps keep track of our numbers and set better goals for the practice.

Pros

We absolutely love Dental Intel and use it a lot to monitor our KPI numbers. It has been immensely helpful for us in identifying trends that require our attention to achieve our goals.

Cons

There's so much information that sometimes finding what we need becomes a bit challenging. We'd also wish for more customization options.

Great service for the price

Pros

It combines everything in one place, making it easy for us to measure growth and see where our money is going. Plus the management reports are excellent too.

Cons

Updates take about 24 hours, the issue of it is that we won't able to see the results until the next business day.

DI never disappoints...

Pros

Overall, I'm really impressed with Dental Intel. My favorite feature of it is comparing monthly data against our set goals. It motivates me and visually highlights areas where I can improve. I also find the morning huddle feature quite useful as it makes our meetings more productive and visually engaging. Lastly, as a receptionist, I find the recall feature invaluable. It helps me manage patient appointments and ensure we meet their needs promptly.

Cons

What I like least about it is the loading time. It takes forever to log in or switch from page to page. Sometimes, when I try to log in, it just won't let me at all. Also I really wish the performance boards update in real time. Thats the one thing I feel is missing because I can't see the progress or lack of it as it happens.

Pros

I could go on and on about Dental Intel when it comes to pros. If you want to really understand the overall health of your dental practice, this is the BEST tool you can have. It helps you set goals, gives you the tools to achieve them and uses YOUR data to show how your practice is doing. Also it need to be used frequently to really work, but I feel like thats not too much to ask. Just make sure the data matches your Practice Management Software. Moreover knowing the current state of your practice is key to making any improvements, and it gives you everything you need to do that.

Cons

If it did real-time updates, it would be awesome. Plus it refreshes at midnight but it would be so much better if, as we complete follow-ups and schedule recalls throughout the day, we could see how we're doing on our goals in real-time. As I feel like it would be much better then wait until the next day.
