Pros

Getting comfortable with the platform didn't take long because the functions are very easy to understand. It has been an excellent tool to learn on and continue growing with. I started using it when I was completely new to this space and barely even knew what an API was. Since then, the software has helped me build a lot of confidence thanks to how user friendly it is. I'm also especially grateful for the support team, who are always responsive and willing to walk us through more advanced campaigns and complicated setup processes.

Cons

There were a few features that felt limited for our needs but their team listened and worked with us to build out the things we needed without making it a hassle.
